We’ve Been Providing Programming to Children and Adults with Disabilities in our Community for over 75 years! SteppingStones has grown exponentially over the years and has continued to expand the programming that we offer to children and adults with disabilities in our community. SteppingStones offers a variety of programming for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities from ages birth and up at our recreation facility located within Mylan Park. SteppingStones goal is to empower individuals with disabilities through year-round sports, recreation and educational programs; building self-esteem, confidence and life skills. We believe that together these goals help individuals with disabilities find strength and courage within themselves to try new adventures.
SteppingStones is located at 400 Mylan Park Lane, Morgantown, WV 26501. Just minutes from WVU Medicine, Mon Health and I-68/I-79. The recreation center is adjacent to the Miracle League of Morgantown, WV and houses a Gymnasium, Teaching Kitchen, Computer Lab, Art Room, Sensory Room and a heated Indoor Pool (available year-round) as well as a heated Outdoor Pool (open spring through fall.)
