How do I get registered for a program?
If you are a current SteppingStones participant you can call the office (304) 983-7837 (STEP), and register for programs. When you call we will verify that your yearly athlete application is on file and up to date. If it is not we will either email you an application to update and return or we can mail it to your home. You can be added to the registration but you will not be fully registered until your application is current and any fees are paid. (All program fees must be paid by noon the day before the program begins unless posted otherwise in the calendar or you have made other arrangements with the Director.)
If you are a potential or new SteppingStones participant please stop by the office during business hours (Monday-Friday between 8:00 am-4:00 pm) to take a tour of our facility, learn about the programs that we offer, and get a new participant application. We want to meet each participant and their family before admitting them to any programs to make sure that it is a good fit. After you’ve toured the facility we will give you a new participant application and a calendar of events. To register for a program you will need to have the application returned to the office. Once the application is on file we will add your mailing address to our database and you will start receiving our bi-monthly calendar in the mail. You can call the office to sign up for programs.
